š§ This past week, the emergence of organized domestic capital, a shift in the approach to entrepreneurship education, and efforts to connect the components of the ecosystem into a more complete structure were highlighted.

When the three crucial pieces are connected through the phrases ācapital,ā āpeople,ā and āeducational philosophy,ā with:
š° The establishment of Ho Chi Minh City's Venture Capital Fund with an initial size of VND 500 billion has created opportunities for cooperation mechanisms between the public and private sectors, in which the State plays an active role, while the operational rights belong to experts and market organizations.
š°At the National Student Entrepreneurship Day, the message emphasized went beyond simply encouraging entrepreneurship; it became a demand for restructuring the way education is organized.
š°Entrepreneurship is no longer confined to playgrounds; it now needs to be promoted and integrated more deeply into the teaching process.

Now, Vietnam is not only supporting individual startups but is also gradually building a relatively self-contained ecosystem.
From the input of trained personnel with new mindsets, to the incubation and resource networking processes, and the output of domestic investment funds ready to participate, the entire value chain is being redesigned towards closer linkages.

š When capital, education, and the ecosystem begin to operate according to the same logic, the question is no longer whether Vietnamese startups can thrive, but when a generation of businesses nurtured entirely within the domestic ecosystem will be strong enough to expand into the global market.
