Next Challenge Global Venture Studio (NGVS) rental application
Next Challenge Global Venture Studio is 200 pyeong in size and is located in front of the main gate of Ewha Womans University in Seoul,
and is an outpost for global expansion.
There is a co-working space for various networking and education, as well as office space and conference rooms for tenant companies.

Startup Bay, Seogwipo-si
Seogwipo City STARTUPBAY is located in Seogwipo City, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and was created to create a paradise for digital nomads from around the world. Using two floors (1,206㎡), a co-working space for networking and education is created on the second floor, and a seminar room, office space for tenant companies, booths for related organizations, and meeting rooms are created on the third floor.

Next Challenge, a foundation, is developing various startup ecosystem projects such as creating a startup ecosystem leading the 4th industrial revolution/startup school/government support project/co-working space operation/accelerating/investment program, and some of the proceeds are donated to social welfare. I am donating to the business.
