[2025 Global Corporate Collaboration Program] Final Selection of Startups for the 2025 Google Play 'Changgu Program' Completed! 🎉
Next Challenge, in collaboration with Google Play, proudly announces the final selection of 100 startups for the 2025 Global Corporate Collaboration Program — Changgu Program! 🖥️
The Changgu Program is a startup support initiative led by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED).It is designed to foster the growth of startups offering innovative services across diverse sectors, including AI, education, finance, and commerce. 🌎
This year’s program saw a significant number of selected startups showcasing AI-powered business models and strong potential for global market expansion.
Startups were evaluated based on:
Feasibility of their business idea
Growth strategy
Technological competitiveness
Potential synergy with Google Play
The selection process included both document review and presentation evaluation.

🤝 Key Support Offered to Changgu Program Selected Startups
Next Challenge will provide the selected companies with a range of specialized support programs, including:
✅ IR Re-Building Program to enhance investor readiness and secure funding
✅ 1:1 consulting and capability assessment to strengthen global expansion capabilities
✅ PoC (Proof of Concept) programs focused on the Asia-Pacific region
✅ Business development funding of up to KRW 200 million (~USD 150,000)
In addition, Google Play will actively support startup growth and global scaling through:
✅ Growth seminars on monetization, AI applications, and entering global markets
✅ 1:1 in-depth consulting with industry experts
✅ Office hours with venture capitalists and Google experts
✅ Alumni Day to share investment success stories and growth case studies
